The Pet Rent is 1% of the monthly rent, per month, per dog, and 1% total for all other common household pets. Maximum 2 pets per household.
Exotic pets are not allowed. The following breeds are restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Cattledog, Beauceron, Belgian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, Black Russian Terrier, Cane Corso, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chinese Shar Pei, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogue de Bordeaux, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Jindo Dog, Kuvasz, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard, Tosa Inu, Wolf, Wolf-Dog Hybrid are not allowed.
